個人簡介：主要從事食品、化妝品、醫療器械等安全性評價工作，專業技術主要包括毒理學安全性評價研究，承擔國家自然科學基金委、廣東省自然科學基金委、廣東省科技計劃項目廣州市科技計劃項目等多項，主要研究方向為植物化學物I3C/DIM對肝癌的化學預防作用及其機制、環境化學物與糖尿病發病關系研究，并且連續多年進行真菌毒素單克隆抗體的制備及利用自制抗體進行真菌毒素定性定量檢測的應用研究。
