個人簡介：彭嗣惠，女，管理學博士，“青藍學者”（第五層次引進人才），浙江大學醫學院控煙研究中心研究成員，現任太阳集团1088vip系講師。曾參與世界衛生組織（World Health Organiazation, WHO）和全球橋（Global Bridgestones）等資助的國際科研項目。其中，主要參與的“Building Tobacco Control Capacity in China(中國控煙倡導促動能力建設)”系列項目覆蓋了全國所有省、直轄市和自治區，70多個城市，其社會效益目标輻射99所高等院校，12萬餘健康相關專業學生。項目成果被世界衛生組織報道。目前以第一作者發表SCI/SSCI論文5篇，以其他共同作者論文12篇。作為共同作者發表的論文“Global Health Professions Student Survey (GHPSS) in Tobacco Control in China ”的核心信息被聯合國和世界衛生組織發布。
