個人簡介：李志傑，醫學博士（太阳集团app首页），博士後（美國貝勒醫學院）。2000年受聘為太阳集团app首页研究員。2001年受聘為博士生導師。2009年受聘美國貝勒醫學院助理教授。太阳集团app首页眼科研究所所長。太阳集团app首页國際眼表疾病協同創新研究中心主任。太阳集团app首页教育部再生醫學重點實驗室PI。
主要研究方向為眼表的免疫學調節機制及其失調引起的免疫學疾病。通過高分辯顯微鏡、模式動物、細胞和分子生物學技術、生物信息學來解析眼表免疫調節中複雜的基本問題：包括确定免疫細胞在眼表組織中的分布和活動規律，參與眼表疾病發生的重要基因和分子的功能，以及代謝、營養、内分泌和外界環境變化與眼表免疫調節中的交互作用。最終，希望能夠解析眼表是如何維持免疫生理學穩态以及失調後疾病的發生機制并尋找行之有效的防治措施。
近年來實驗室的工作包括：
（1）确立某些重要免疫細胞和分子在眼免疫性疾病中的重要作用；
（2）解析代謝應激、晝夜節律和腸道微生态對眼表生理免疫穩态的影響；
（3）确定數種免疫細胞和分子在眼表發育、創傷修複和炎症觸發中的重要機制。
